The exchange process gave me a headache. I had to keep chasing for updates, and even then I wasn’t really sure what was going on. I don’t like having to push that hard just to get something sorted, so I’ll probably avoid buying from here again for a while.

I bought a sofa from anabei because I liked the idea of being able to move the pieces around and switch up the layout, but it hasn’t been that easy. The modular setup sounds great in theory, but the pieces don’t rearrange as smoothly as I hoped, and some configurations just look or feel awkward. Maybe these kinds of modular sofas are more limited than they seem from the pictures. It’s frustrating because flexibility was the main reason I chose it. For the price, I expected more options instead of something that basically feels stuck in one arrangement. I wouldn’t buy it again...

Bought the couch and then found out there aren’t any covers available. Annoying, honestly...

I reached out to support and they just never bothered to reply. Pathetic, to be honest. I was left sitting there with no help at all, and it really annoyed me.

I thought I was getting this nice warm beige sofa. At least that’s how it looked online. Then it showed up and... it’s basically gray. Not a soft beige, not even close really. It just doesn’t match what I had in mind for the room, so yeah, disappointed.

I used it for a while, but in my opinion it wore out quickly. I was hoping it would hold up better, so that was a bit disappointing for me.

I tried to return an item and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and when I reached out for help, I kept getting transferred from one person to another like nobody knew what was going on. I had to keep following up just to get basic answers, and it really felt like no one cared. For what I paid, I expected the return process to be a lot smoother. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I don’t know who decided the page layout was good to go, but it felt messy to me. I kept having to look around just to find basic stuff, which got annoying fast. It kind of seems like not much thought went into making it easy for customers to use.

I wanted to like it, but... there are just too many sharp corners. If you have little kids running around, it feels like something you’d constantly be worried about.

As someone who’s definitely a couch-lounger and loves a cozy, sink-in kind of cushion, these just didn’t work for me. They’re rock hard and not comfortable at all

I ordered a medium, but it fit more like a small. Seems like clothes like this always run smaller than expected, so I’d definitely size up if you’re thinking about getting it

I’m frustrated with this because it stains way too easily, and when I try to clean it, it definitely doesn’t come up the way they made it sound. I bought it expecting something low-maintenance, but now I’m the one stuck dealing with marks that won’t come out. Really annoying

The box showed up crushed, and unfortunately some of the sofa pieces had scratches on them. I understand things can happen during shipping, but it was frustrating to see damage right out of the box.

It looks decent now that it’s set up, and I do like the overall design. That said, putting it together was really frustrating because it took forever and some of the holes didn’t line up the way they should have. I eventually got it worked out, and it’s fine for what I need, but the assembly process definitely could’ve been better.

I’ll be honest, the couch does look nice and it showed up pretty much like it did online. But actually sitting on it has been disappointing. The cushions are really stiff, and after a little while my back starts to ache. For the price, I feel like it’s only fair to expect something that doesn’t just look good, but is actually comfortable to use every day. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t feel right recommending it if comfort matters to you.

Am I missing something here? The couch looked fine when we unpacked it, but the chemical smell was seriously awful right out of the box. We tried airing it out for days and still had to keep the windows open because it kept bothering us. I really wanted to like it, but I’m disappointed.

I’m confused by how fast this couch started looking rough. I ordered it from anabei.com, and after just a few months, it already seems way more worn than it should.
The fabric is pilling, the cushions aren’t really holding their shape anymore, and now one of the seams is starting to come loose. It’s not like it’s been abused either, just normal sitting, no kids jumping on it or anything like that.

For what it cost, I really thought it would hold up better. I keep wondering if I missed something, but either way, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again

I’m still waiting for my order, and the delivery has taken way longer than expected. What’s frustrating is there have been no updates at all, which feels avoidable. A quick message or tracking update would’ve made the whole experience a lot less annoying.

I ordered a sofa cover and, it took a really long time to arrive. The tracking barely seemed to move for days, and then it kind of just sat there without any clear update, which was frustrating.
I mean, I understand delays can happen, but this felt slower than it should’ve been. I kept checking the tracking myself and waiting around, and I’m not sure I’d order again if the shipping is going to be like this.

I was disappointed after the first wash. I followed the care instructions, but the fabric still came out feeling off and the shape looked a little weird. I also noticed some fading right away, which was frustrating given the price. I guess it’s still wearable, so I’ll deal with it, but I definitely expected better and probably wouldn’t buy it again
